QuoterAgent ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service.

2. Data We Collect
- Account data: email, name, and authentication information.
- Business profile data: company name, logo, website, industry, and branding preferences.
- Proposal data: project descriptions, generated proposal content, pricing, and client details.
- Acceptance records: signer metadata, timestamp, IP address, and user-agent.
- Usage data: product interactions and analytics events (only with consent).
- Billing data handled by Stripe. We do not store raw card details.

- To provide and improve QuoterAgent.
- To generate proposals and related documents.
- To process billing and subscriptions.
- To send transactional messages related to proposals and accounts.
- To maintain audit trails for proposal acceptance.
- To analyze service quality and reliability.

Data sent to Anthropic via the commercial API is not used to train their models.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR. All requests are handled manually via email — we do not currently offer in-app self-service tools for data deletion or export.
- Access (Art. 15): request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction (Art. 16): request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Analytics opt-out: withdraw consent for optional analytics cookies via the cookie settings banner.
- Erasure and portability (Art. 17 / Art. 20): submit a support-assisted request by email; we will assess it and respond within 30 days. Fulfillment depends on applicable legal obligations and technical feasibility at the time of the request.

We protect data in transit and at rest, enforce database access controls, and restrict privileged operations.
